consignment agreement

We are looking for quality made, current clothing, accessories, and shoes from a variety of designers and stores.

In an effort to provide the best for our customers, we ask that you bring in freshly laundered, dry cleaned and wrinkle-free clothes and high-quality accessories and shoes in excellent condition only. We reserve the right to refuse any items that don’t meet those criteria. 

fox + doe will determine a price for each of your items based on the condition of the item, original price, and market demand. We reserve the right to mark items down as we see fit over time.

Our consignment split is 60/40. Items will remain for sale in the store for up to 90 days.

You may request to pick up unsold items prior to their 90 day expiration. It is the responsibility of the consignor to contact fox + doe prior to the expiration date to arrange for pick up. Items that are left past their consignment period will automatically become property of fox + doe unless pick up arrangements are made. 

You may also elect to have your unsold items donated on your behalf. 

Payment will be made via check in person or store credit only. Please email (hello@foxanddoeshop.com) to ask the status of your items. You can settle your balance at any time.  Requests to settle your account via Venmo, PayPal or mailed check will incur a small processing fee.

Account balances that are not settled or redeemed for store credit within six months of taking in the items will be forfeited. 

We will do everything in our power to take care of your items, but fox + doe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
